Space to breathe,
space to dream

To break the boundaries of what is allowed, to do the impossible, to enjoy precise architecture and design in the first Hebrew city, to live in the space you deserve, and to connect with the original story of the White City. Tel Aviv, RANAK 12.

space

and the city

The first Hebrew city presents a unique blend of low-rise houses nestled between small neighborhood streets and wide green boulevards stretching from the sea to the east. This combination successfully channels the salty sea breeze into the city, and its vibrant streets serve as hubs of commerce and leisure.

The residential experience at RANAK 12 creates a unique urban lifestyle like no other, all within a stone's throw from the seashore and the city's important cultural institutions, as well as the hills of Independence Park.

RANAK Street 12 blends into the unique urban fabric of Tel Aviv, characterized by streets rich with green boulevards that together form an urban block between the central streets of Arlozorov, Ben Gurion Boulevard, Dizengoff, and Ben Yehuda.

space

is in the details

The building's design harmonizes with the architectural heritage of Tel Aviv. RANAK 12 was designed with clean, straight lines and an aesthetic approach that aims to strip the building of unnecessary elements, presenting a functional and minimalist design. The building is constructed using high-quality building materials and is covered in a durable and weather-resistant "Washputz" plaster that is almost impervious to the local climate, making it a recognizable hallmark of the White City.

The connection between international architectural characteristics and modern design, integrated with high-quality building materials and a minimalist and refined design approach, are what lay the cornerstone for urban renewal and a contemporary urban lifestyle of a different kind.

space

for design

The architecture and interior design, executed by the Bar-Orian Architects firm, are characterized by significant principles: generous balconies that introduce natural light and air into the apartments, alongside functional flexibility in the apartment layout. The design aesthetic in the building is refined, incorporating contemporary elements such as aluminum cladding, large windows, and wide-handed vitrines in a minimalist design, as well as frameless stainless steel railings.

The key building specifications are as follow:
Preservation elements in design | Weather-resistant, fireproof cladding | Emphasis on sustainability | Art in public spaces | On-site fitness facility | Storage rooms | Parking | Stylish building lobby.

The key apartment specifications:
Divided concrete ceilings | Bulthaup / Boffi kitchens | Smart electrical system | Triple-layered wood flooring (120/120)| VRF air conditioning | Underfloor heating | Integrated LED lighting in concrete ceilings | Interior doors with concealed hinges | Premium sanitary ware and accessories from leading global brands selected by your designer.
